Facility Use


The Board of Education believes that the school facilities of our district should be made available for our community purposes.  Please click here to review the BOE's Policy 7510 and click here to review the Regulations R7510 regarding Use of School Facilities.  For the BOE's Regulation Guide R2431.4 on the Prevention and Treatment of Sports-Related Concussions and Head Injuries please click here.

To request use of our classrooms, gyms, etc., please complete each of the following documents:
1.   Facility Use Application
2.  Hold Harmless Agreement
3.  Statement of Compliance

All of these forms, as well as your organization's Certificate of Insurance, must be submitted together for review.  Please email completed forms to:
