A student dismissal form is required for each student in the district. Please print out one form per child and return it to your child's advisory teacher no later than September 18th. If your child is a Remote Only student, you can drop the form off at the Main Office between 8am-3pm or email to
If at any point you have a change to your student dismissal procedures, please fill out a new form and return to your child's advisory teacher.
